Any personal data collected and or processed by the AAS College is held and complies with the requirements in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (Terms and Conditions – GDPR).

The AAS College collects and holds personal data relating to its students for a variety of purposes, including the legal basis for doing so, undertakes to maintain student data in secure conditions and to process and disclose data.

Please note that the AAS College is reliant on students for much of the data it holds: as such it is your responsibility to help the AAS College keep records up to date by notifying any alterations to student addresses, personal details, or course enrolments.

Under the GDPR individuals have a number of rights in relation to how the AAS College handles their personal information.

 

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form (Name / Username, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Mailing Addresses, Addresses, Age, personal data for the application to our college).
Personal information provided to the AAS College by you will only be used for the purposes stated when the information is requested.

 

Disclosure of Students Data
We pledge that we do not disclose, sell, providing or exchange your personal information to any outside organization, unless intervening prior written notification from you or you have authorized us to provide additional information or when required by law or by judicial decision.

 

Promotional Messages
We never use your personal information to promote products and services outside of the college.

 

AAS College’s Right to Make Changes

AAS College will take all reasonable steps to provide the Educational Services in the manner set out in the relevant course directory, prospectus / online prospectus, and other documents however the AAS College does not guarantee their provision. The Educational Services, programmes, facilities and other arrangements for students described in each Directory or Prospectus (including online) are regularly reviewed and are subject to change from time to time. In order to continue to provide high quality Educational Services, the AAS College may make variations to the contents, or methods of delivery of programmes and modules,  discontinue, merge or combine programmes and modules in response to professional, statutory and/or regulatory body requirements, feedback from students and/or external examiners, the need to enhance student performance and achieve, changes to the theory in an area of research and/or changes to the practices around the subject of delivery. In the event of any changes to programmes or modules, or the discontinuation of any programme, the AAS College will use reasonable endeavours to help affected students switch to a suitable alternative programme.

 

Acceptance of Terms of Personal Data Filing
Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to personal data processing, have the right to refuse the processing of personal data.
